天津理工大学管理科学与工程博士，深圳大学博士后，美国杰克逊维尔大学访问学者，山东省优秀青年创新团队发展计划参与人。主持国家自然科学基金项目青年基金、教育部人文社科研究一般项目青年基金、山东省自然科学基金青年项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目、山东省高等学校哲学社会科学研究项目等多个科研项目。此外，相关研究成果获中国自动化学会科技进步一等奖。

以第一作者身份在SCI和国内高水平期刊发表学术论文十余篇，以第一作者发表ESI高被引论文于SCI一区TOP期刊《IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics》(影响因子：11.648)，论文成果发表于IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems, Future Generation Computer Systems, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, Journal of Computational Science, Applied Intelligence, Transactions on Emerging Telecommunications Technologies等英文期刊，以及国家自然科学基金委认定的A类中文期刊《中国管理科学》、《管理评论》等，研究成果受到业内同行的关注和正面评价。
